HOMOSEXUALITY! Why is it wrong?

It is not wrong for a man to love another man or woman to love another woman since God has said in His word that we are to love one another. God never said love only those of the opposite sex. It only becomes wrong if they engage in anything sexual or try to get married. The Word of God speaks against such things.

Some of the sins of homosexuality can be found in Roman chapter 1 verse 21 -32, where the people despised and defied God and His teachings and delighted rather in doing evil, in God’s response to them, God just gave them up unto vile affection, where the women did change the natural use into that which is against nature and likewise also the men leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another, men with men working that which is unseemly. For we know that God is light and whenever Light lives a place, darkness takes over, therefore when God gave them up, they were open for the use of demons. The bible also says in James 1:17 that, every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of lights, with whom there’s no variables. Therefore, if anything is bad and not perfect, it’s not from God.

God originally designed sex to take place in marriage between the opposite sexes, now a days people have taken upon themselves to do the opposite of what God designed for them. When someone sins, the person dies. The death I’m talking about here is not physical death but rather that of the spiritual state. It means the person has being cut off from God or isolated from the presence of God.

Notice what he did, as he speaks about marriage he says there in Matthew chapter 19 verse 4, "male and female, this is what God has joined together. The two shall become one flesh. This is what marriage is." And notice what he says, this frightens me, honestly, to read it in light of the world in which we find ourselves living in 2018. Jesus, speaking as God says, "Let no man separate this." Our legislators, our justices, our political leaders, our governmental officials have done just what Jesus said not to do. They separate men from women in the institution of marriage and redefine it according to their own desires. That is an illegitimate use of political power. It is an illegitimate use of authority because the highest authority, our Lord Jesus Christ, said, "No one shall separate this." And now here we are. Do you know what? This can't come out good humanly speaking for those who are embracing this, those that have authorised it and compelled it upon an unwilling populace. This can't come out good for them because Jesus spoke directly to their authority and said, "Don't you separate this," and they say, "Pfft, I will separate this." Listen, this conflict isn't over. One day this conflict will be settled at the judgement bar of God where judges and attorneys have no one to represent them if they have not come to Christ. They will stand alone before the judgement bar of God and having exercised judicial authority here on earth, they will find a greater judicial authority exercised against them in that final day. I fear for them because Jesus could not have been more clear, "Don't touch this one. This is a live electrical wire. Don't touch this. There are consequences as a result." So God designed marriage to be a permanent union between a male and a female, established at creation, reaffirmed and stated again by Jesus in Matthew 19. Male and female, don't separate this. Don't play with this institution. So God assigned 2 distinct genders at creation to marry and engage in sexual union: one man and one woman and that was the pattern for all time.

These educational piece aids to achieve an aim on why homosexuality is wrong;

• You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22)
• From the international standard bible encyclopedia, An Abominations is a practise abhorrent to God, and opposed to the moral requirements of Christianity.
• From the Cambridge dictionary, an abomination means, something that you dislike and disapprove of:
•   If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them. (Leviticus 20:13)

Gay people cannot have children and so should not be allowed to marry. :  

• The Archbishop of York John Sentamu used a barely disguised version of this argument in a piece for the Guardian when he referred to “the complementary nature of men and women”. He is insinuating, of course, that homosexual relationships are not complementary by nature because they cannot produce offspring, and therefore they are unnatural and undeserving of the word “marriage”.
• Whatever behaviour is contrary to God’s created design for human beings is morally wrong. Homosexuality is contrary to God’s created design for human beings. Therefore, homosexuality is wrong.

We believe that God created us male and female.  We believe, that is, that hetero-sexuality is God’s intent.  Otherwise, he wouldn’t have created two sexes!  And let us simply examine the biology of it all.  Who can reasonably deny that penises are designed to fit into vagina's?  And who can deny that vagina's are meant to receive penises?  And I am not using these biological statements to refer to reproduction.  Homosexuality advocates often remind us that sexual activity is not only meant for the purpose of reproduction.  It is also intended for pleasure and for emotional bonding.  I agree wholeheartedly!  But this does not justify homosexuality.

If you grant that there is a natural “fit” between penises and vagina's that is created by God (and this cannot be denied), then it is easy to see that God intends for sexual activity to bring men and women together, for the purpose of reproduction to be sure, but also for the purpose of creating a special union through the pleasure and emotional bonding that takes place in sexual intercourse.

And there are other things about men and women that tell us that this is God’s design.  It may not be politically correct to say this nowadays, but men and women need each other.  Because they bear and nurse children, and because they are the “weaker vessel,” women need the strength and bread-winning abilities that men are naturally disposed to provide.  And men need the nurturing and care that women are naturally disposed to provide But, homosexuality undermines the God-designed interdependence of men and women.

Imagine, for the sake of argument that all human beings opted for homosexuality.  If homosexual behaviour is morally permissible, then it would be morally permissible for everyone to be homosexual.  But, then, God’s clear intent for men and women to enter into intimate unions through sexual intercourse would be thwarted.  God’s intent that men and women cleave together in mutually dependent relationships would be thwarted as well.  And, by the way, so would God’s intent that humans reproduce.

So, I conclude that homosexual behaviour is clearly inconsistent with God’s created purpose for human beings.  Therefore, it follows that homosexual behaviour is wrong.
